Y-bars — also known as V-bars — feature a distinctive Y-shaped profile where two angled braces connect the crossbar to the vertical tube of the bar, rather than a single straight weld. This design significantly increases torsional stiffness, reducing flex and delivering a more direct, responsive feel during tricks.
Y-bars are particularly popular among street and park riders who value a stiffer, more precise bar response. The added rigidity makes them well-suited for technical riding. The trade-off is a slightly higher weight compared to a comparable T-bar, but for riders who prioritise stiffness, Y-bars are an excellent choice. Available in both SCS and HIC/IHC compatible options.
