ITEMS OF GOOD QUALITY

You have the right to return or exchange items of good quality within 14 days of purchase in our retail store or from the receipt of your online order on this website, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been used
  • It is in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • The item is returned complete

All shipping and other associated costs for the return (exchange) are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of acceptance of the returned item at our warehouse using the method agreed upon by both parties (cash, bank transfer, etc.).

PRODUCTS WITH SIGNS OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Before returning an item that you believe has manufacturing defects, please contact us for advice. The problem is likely due to improper installation, component incompatibility, etc.

If we preliminarily confirm the presence of a defect (fault), the product is accepted at our warehouse, we take photos or video documentation of the defect, and submit a claim to the supplier (brand, distribution company, etc.). A sales receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

After receiving a positive conclusion confirming the defect, the product is repaired (if possible).

If repair is not possible, the defective product is replaced with a working equivalent or any other product of identical value.

If a replacement is not possible, a refund is issued using the method agreed upon with the buyer (cash, bank transfer, etc.).

Please note that each brand has its own warranty policy. For warranty periods, a list of products covered by the warranty, and other information, it's best to check the brands' official websites yourself or contact us for clarification.
